Welcome to IPv6 Ready. If you register for our services on this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use together with our privacy policy.

This website is owned and maintained by the Internet Neutral Exchange Association Limited (INEX) whose website can be viewed at http://www.inex.ie/.

The term IPv6 Ready or ipv6ready.ie or us or we refers to the owner of the website, the Internet Neutral Exchange Association Limited (INEX). The term you refers to the user of or visitor to our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions.

General Terms and Conditions

1. THIS IS A FREE SERVICE AND IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PROVIDERS OR THEIR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SERVICE.

6. Our current goal is to raise the awareness of IPv6 among Internet content providers whose target market is or includes the island of Ireland or whose site is in some other way of Irish relevance. Sites not matching this relevance criteria can be removed, blocked or excluded from our service. The decision of relevance rests solely and exclusivily with the operators of IPv6 Ready and their decision is final.
7. We reserve the right to cancel your account at any time without notice.
8. We reserve the right to amend and update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

Limitation of Use of INEX and Related Terms

1. Only INEX members may use or refer to INEX on their websites or other marketing and publication materials and then only within the terms as set out by INEX.
2. The sole exception to this is the use of the badges within the terms below.

Listing of Websites in Our Directories

1. By registering and / or verifying a website, you also provide us with permission to list it on various online directories on the IPv6 Ready website which include but are not limited to:
   • a searchable directory of registered websites;
   • a selected list of participants;
   • ranked lists.
2. IPv6 Ready directories will be publically available on the IPv6 Ready site.
3. The operators reserve the right to remove or add people to ranked lists as they see fit. This may include reasons such as the following but is not limited to them: multiple registrations of the same website with different domains; non-display of the IPv6 Ready badges on a listed site.

Use of IPv6 Ready and IPv6 Pending Badges

1. IPv6 Ready creates and assigns badges for registered websites. These badges are one of IPv6 Pending, gold IPv6 Ready or platinum IPv6 Ready and are available in four versions. We refer to all these badges collectivily in this section as the badges.
2. You may only use the badges as created specifically for your websites and these badges are available once you log into the IPv6 Ready site.
3. You may not alter the badges.
4. You may not use generic versions of the extra large and large badges that are not stamped with either a date in the case of IPv6 Pending or your unique serial number in the case of IPv6 Ready.
5. The badges must link back to either the provided IPv6 Ready certification page or the IPv6 Ready home page.
6. You may download the badges and serve them from your own servers but we request that you use the code snippets we provide so that they are served from our server.
7. You may only use the appropriate badge for your level of certification as determined by the IPv6 Ready site. This will be one of Pending, Gold or Platinum.
8. The badges are owned and copyrighted by INEX. If requested by INEX or IPv6 Ready to remove them from your site, you must do so within one week.
